Description
About Us

Singapore Halal Culinary Federation is solely an independent organization geared towards the objectives of a socio enterprise. We have no affiliation or partnerships with any other movements, associations, companies in Singapore, in the region or globally. Unless if its clearly stated in the SHCF websites of its corporate members, organisations partnership and activities collaboration. Please clarify with SHCF President on any misrepresentations statement made by external parties.

We are an organisation managed by an Executive Committee of volunteers.
Our Executive Committee consists of Chefs and working professionals who are committed and passionate about reaching out and educating the community about our unique position.

Our federation is made up of culinary and service professionals with a purpose to educate the culinary world on the dynamism of Halal food and to teach and involve Food Service Providers on service quality and best practices required to achieve higher business margins by going Halal. Our past affiliation with the World Association of Chefs Society (WACS), Singapore Chefs Association (SCA), Singapore Pastry Alliance (SPA) and the Singapore Junior Chefs Club has strengthen our position and commitment to enhance the food scene locally and globally.

We are the first of its kind worldwide to have incorporated other professions in the food & beverage as well as the hospitality industry to be partners and members. Apart from chefs, our circle of professionals includes the likes of Coffee/Tea Connoisseur, F&B Caterers, Food Technologist, Nutritionist, Food Business Consultant, Hospitality, Lifestyle and Lifeskills Trainer.

As we are a young and upcoming organisation, we need to capture the interest of potential partners and sponsors to fund, collaborate and work with us in order to sustain the federation.

In a short span of 6 months, we have established good relations with several food manufacturers and event partners. Interested parties overseas are also engaging with us to explore opportunities.

We believe in bringing new direction with our progressive affiliation. This is seen in the many services provided:

• Food Service and Development Consultancy
• Training and Workshops
• Masterclasses and Culinary Clinics
• Research and Development
• Project Management
• Community Outreach & Cooperative
